Richey Contracting specializes in many types of fences, including custom designs. Sabino, owner and head carpenter of Richey Contracting LLC, creates each fence to best showcase the individual needs of homeowners throughout the greater Spokane area. Our most popular installations include cedar, vinyl, and ornamental steel.

CEDAR: We believe our cedar fences to be superior and will outlast others. We use lifetime steel posts that never rot, premium-grade cedar pickets and rails, and only exterior-grade fasteners.

VINYL: Our vinyl materials are manufactured with UV protection, and we always add steel reinforcements to our fencing - no cutting costs and no saggy fences. 

 

FOOTINGS: All of our fences include concrete footings to a minimum of 24" deep, and are formed to engineering guidelines.
